Shipping Coverage We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Shipping Costs
- Orders of $130 or more: Free standard shipping
- Orders under $130: Flat rate of $15 for standard shipping
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Delivery Timeframe Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Total delivery time is the combination of processing time (1-3 business days) plus transit time (3-5 business days).
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers depending on your location and package specifications. The carrier is selected to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be accommodated if requested before the order has shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Order Cancellation Before Shipment: You may request to cancel your order before it ships. Please contact us immediately at info@defineroom.com or +1 234-805-0828. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already entered the shipping process.
After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the items, you may refuse delivery or follow our standard return process once received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@defineroom.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly, which may include replacement or refund as appropriate.
Shipping Delays While we work with reliable carriers, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will assist in tracking down delayed packages when possible.
