Return Window You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe to qualify for a refund.
Return Eligibility To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear after delivery

Return Shipping Costs
- Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for items returned due to change of mind, wrong size selection, or other non-defect reasons.
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs or provide alternative resolution. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Original Shipping Fees Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged in transit).
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@defineroom.com with your order number and photos showing the damage or defect. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Restocking Fees We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.
