Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel an order. This policy outlines our cancellation procedures.

Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately:

We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation if your order has already been processed and entered the shipping queue. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, and once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day, which may provide additional time for cancellation requests.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

If you no longer want the items after they have shipped, you have two options:

  1. Refuse delivery when the package arrives, and it will be returned to us
  2. Accept delivery and initiate a return within 30 days following our Returns & Refund Policy

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is successfully processed before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If the order has already shipped and you refuse delivery or return the items, the refund will be processed according to our Returns & Refund Policy. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our error.
