Warranty Coverage
We warrant that products sold by Defineroom will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies from the date of delivery.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or non-functional upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To file a DOA claim:

- Provide your order number
- Include clear photos showing the defect or damage
- Describe the issue in detail
Resolution Options
Upon verification of a valid DOA claim or defect, we will work with you to provide one of the following resolutions:

- Store credit for future purchases
- Repair (if applicable and feasible)

Return Shipping for Warranty Claims
For verified defects, damage in transit, or items that arrive in unsatisfactory condition due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs or provide instructions for resolution that do not require return shipping.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage occurring after delivery due to accidents or external factors
- Products modified or repaired by unauthorized parties
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim:
- Contact us within the applicable timeframe (48 hours for DOA, 30 days for other defects)
- Provide proof of purchase (order number)
- Describe the issue and provide photos if requested
- Follow our instructions for resolution
Claims will be reviewed and processed promptly. Approved warranty claims will be resolved according to the options outlined above.
Limitation of Warranty
This Limited Warranty is the sole warranty provided by Defineroom. We make no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to replacement or refund of the defective product.
